These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

plot777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, plot777 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications) may take effect immediately upon posting.
